ECMC Group, Inc. from time to time securitizes some of its student loan assets by selling student loans to ECMC Group Student Loan Trusts.
The asset-backed securities issued by the Trusts do not represent interests in or obligations of, and are not guaranteed or insured by, ECMC Group, Inc. or Educational Credit Management Corporation.
