ECMC Group, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit focused on helping students succeed, was named a Top Workplace in Minnesota in the large employer category. The annual ranking recognizes companies with an employee-centered culture doing good in their communities. Top Workplaces awards are based on feedback captured from an independent employee engagement survey.
